Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking services with Piano Diving Club.

1. Booking & Reservations
- • Bookings can be made online via our website, through WhatsApp, or in person at our center.
- • Online bookings receive a 15% discount on courses and trips (not applicable to materials, certificates, or equipment rental).
- • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful reservation.
- • All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- • Group bookings (6+ divers) may receive additional discounts — please contact us directly.
2. Payment Terms
- • All prices are listed in EUR (Euro) and can be displayed in USD, GBP, or EGP.
- • Payment methods: Cash (EUR/USD/GBP/EGP), Credit/Debit cards, Mobile payment (Paymob/Fawry), or Pay on Arrival.
- • A 3% surcharge applies to all card payments.
- • EGP payments are converted at the day's official bank exchange rate.
- • National Park Fee: €5/day is a government fee payable separately at the marina.
- • Full payment is required before the start of any course or trip.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- • 48+ hours before: Full refund (minus processing fee).
- • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund.
- • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
- • Weather-related cancellations: Full reschedule or refund at our discretion.
- • Medical cancellations with doctor's note: Full refund.
- • PADI materials and certification fees are non-refundable once issued.
4. Health & Safety Requirements
- • All divers must complete a PADI Medical Statement before any diving activity.
- • Participants with certain medical conditions must obtain a physician's clearance.
- • Divers must not fly within 18-24 hours after their last dive.
- • Diving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- • Minimum age requirements apply per course (see individual course details).
- • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.
5. PADI Courses
- • Course prices do NOT include PADI materials (book & certification: €100), unless explicitly stated.
- • According to PADI standards, students must own all relevant materials for each course.
- • Certificate Only option: €80.
- • Extra training days after the scheduled course: €50/day.
- • Course completion is subject to meeting PADI performance requirements.
- • Certifications are issued by PADI International — processing may take 1-2 weeks.
6. Liability & Risk
- • Scuba diving is an adventure activity with inherent risks.
- • Participants must sign a Liability Release and Risk Assumption form.
- • Piano Diving Club follows all PADI safety standards and guidelines.
- • We are not liable for personal belongings left on boats or at the center.
- • Dive insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
7. Equipment Rental
- • Full equipment set: €25/day. Individual items available at listed rates.
- • Rented equipment must be returned in the condition received.
- • Damage or loss of rented equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
- • Private dive guide: €40/day extra.
